Over the past 40 years, we have completed a variety of projects which include:
Industrial & Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution, Cold Storage &
Freezers, Food Service & Bakeries, Office, Medical, Automotive and Special
Use – such as Churches and Retail Facilities.
We have constructed our projects in a variety of ways, including conventional
construction, metal buildings and concrete tilt-wall. Since 1975, we have been
doing design/build, negotiated work. This type of project is now the majority
of our business.
With design/build projects, clients know that we are responsible for all aspects
of the building, from start to finish. This type of relationship allows for
cost savings, better communication and on-time schedules.
In addition to design/build, our services include: build-outs, build-to-suit,
construction management, quote from owner-furnished plans, value engineering,
site selection assistance, permit assistance and financing assistance. We also
specialize in commercial/industrial concrete construction, including foundations,
concrete, tilt-wall, floor slabs and concrete paving. We do much of our own
work on each project as well, such as concrete and masonry.
